A Chic Poolside Oasis Serving Levantine Flavours, Mezze, and Relaxed Vibes

Inspired by the warmth of Levantine hospitality, Wadi Pool & Grill is the resort's al fresco lunch venue, offering a vibrant selection of mezze, charcoal-grilled favourites, and refreshing beverages. Designed for leisurely afternoons by the pool, it is a place where relaxed dining and effortless sharing come naturally. Please be advised that our Wadi and Lap pools will be undergoing improvements from 1–6 November, while the Wadi Pool & Grill will be undergoing improvements from 1–5 November. We thank you for your understanding. Throughout this time, our adults-only pool at The Spa will remain in service along with the private pools in each of our villas.

Set against spectacular mountain views, The Library is a welcoming retreat designed for unhurried moments throughout the day. Specialty coffee, an extensive tea selection, healthy salads, sandwiches and signature gelato are served in a relaxed setting that invites you to settle in and stay awhile.

Mixology, Bites & Panoramic Views

Perched 150 metres above Desert Rock, The Observatory offers signature mixology, bespoke bar snacks, and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The Observatory is Desert Rock's adults-only venue for resident guests, home to the resort's signature Sundowner Sessions, where expertly crafted beverages, vibrant electronic DJ performances, and spectacular golden-hour vistas combine to create an unforgettable experience. Adding to the exclusivity of the venue, dinner can be delivered directly to The Observatory by the Matrice 350 RTK drone, marking one of the first successful implementations of drone food delivery within a luxury hospitality destination in Saudi Arabia. Beyond sunset, The Observatory takes on a different rhythm in the early morning hours, with a signature immersive journey combining a mindful ascent, breath-led yoga, electronic soundscapes, and restorative meditation with singing bowls and gong.
